These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nay24 ("nay24", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nay24.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

nay24 operates as an online casino and sports betting service provider under internationally recognised gaming standards. These Terms govern every aspect of your relationship with nay24, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, access to promotional offers, and all customer support interactions.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with nay24's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.

Access to and use of nay24's gaming and betting services is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online casino gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of nay24, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

nay24 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time, including but not limited to a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nay24 may result in account suspension or closure.

To access nay24's full range of services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and not misleading.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account with nay24. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nay24 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the individual may be closed and all balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nay24 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security of your credentials. You must notify nay24 immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

nay24 is committed to responsible operation and maintains a formal Know Your Customer process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to complete full KYC verification — including submission of identity documents, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of source of funds — before withdrawals are processed or at any time nay24 deems appropriate. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.

nay24 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the supported payment methods displayed in your account's deposit section at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and selected Pakistani bank transfers including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, among others that may be added or removed at nay24's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• nay24 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which nay24 bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds are held in a segregated manner and are not used for nay24's operational expenses.
• nay24 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request additional verification before crediting funds to a player's account, particularly where fraud prevention concerns are present.
• Deposit amounts are credited to your nay24 PKR balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. nay24 does not guarantee specific processing times for deposits made via bank transfer, as processing is subject to the respective bank's timeline.

Withdrawals of available PKR balances may be requested at any time through the withdrawal section of your nay24 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

• Withdrawals will only be processed once the account holder has successfully completed nay24's KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name, consistent with the method used for deposits where practicable.
• Any active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled or forfeited before withdrawal of the corresponding real-money funds is permitted, depending on the bonus terms applicable to that specific offer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 per transaction, unless otherwise stated.
• nay24 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within ninety (90) minutes on standard business days. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 hours depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing may be delayed by payment provider technical issues, additional verification requirements, or public holidays.
• nay24 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence, fraud investigations, or compliance reviews. The player will be notified of any such delay and the estimated timeline for resolution.

nay24 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer, which are published in the Promotions section of the Platform and displayed prior to activation.

• All bonuses are available exclusively to players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet limits apply during bonus play. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonus offers between accounts is prohibited.
• nay24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not adversely affect players who have already activated the relevant offer in good faith.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming engagement, nay24 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and take appropriate account action.

All casino games available on nay24 — including live dealer games, RNG-powered table games, and slot machines — are provided by third-party certified game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules as displayed within the game interface. The outcomes of RNG games are determined by certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited and approved. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the studio operator's dealing protocols and procedures.

nay24 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to do so. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results for any individual gaming session.

Sports betting markets on nay24 include pre-match and live in-play wagering across cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports covered on the Platform at any given time. Settlement of all bets is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, nay24's determination shall be final, based on available official information.

• nay24 reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict betting markets at its sole discretion, including where there are concerns about match integrity or where technical errors in published odds are identified.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event of a void market, stakes are returned to the player's account in full.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and sport and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of wager placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nay24 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nay24 reserves the right to take any and all remedial action, including account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of balances, in response to any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to access, interact with, or influence any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game fairness or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates, conceals, or represents the proceeds of unlawful conduct.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nay24 customer support agents or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your nay24 account by any third party, including participation in account sharing or account transfer arrangements.
• Creating multiple accounts or exploiting technical errors or glitches in the Platform for financial gain.

Gambling on nay24 must at all times be treated as a form of entertainment. It must never be regarded as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or a solution to personal financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nay24 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period of 24–48 hours before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period. When the limit is reached, further wagering is temporarily suspended for the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic notifications to alert you when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.

nay24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit account balances, in the following circumstances, without prejudice to any other rights nay24 may have:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or other prohibited account creation activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to the inactive account procedure set out below.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. nay24 will notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any inactive account policy. Where a PKR balance remains in an inactive account, nay24 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder and facilitate the return of the balance, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

Players may request closure of their nay24 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure — excluding bonus balances and funds subject to pending wagering requirements — will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to verification, typically within 5–10 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

All content on the nay24 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, brand names, trade marks, text, images, audio, video, game content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of nay24 or its licensed third-party content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without nay24's prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nay24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if nay24 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nay24's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your nay24 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

nay24 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance periods, unexpected technical failures, or circumstances beyond nay24's reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events") may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which nay24 shall not be held liable.

nay24's collection, use, processing, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by nay24's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept nay24's Privacy Policy as it may be updated from time to time.

nay24 processes personal data for purposes including account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised gaming services. nay24 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors, game suppliers, and identity verification providers only to the extent necessary for Platform operations.

nay24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a proposed amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, nay24 will provide reasonable notice — typically no less than fourteen (14) calendar days — by posting a notice on the Platform and/or by sending notification to registered account holders at their registered email address.

Continued use of the nay24 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nay24 holds its operating authorisation under internationally recognised gaming standards.

In the event of any dispute between you and nay24 arising from these Terms or from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to nay24's internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from customer support.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nay24 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect nay24's legitimate business interests.
